Less than healthy
I skipped my run this morning. Yesterday, when I went to bed, my throat was a little sore, and I was a tiny bit congested. I dosed myself with vitamin C and drank some tea and went to bed. But by 1:00, I was awake with an even worse sore throat and a cough.
I decided to take the nighttime cold medicine and sleep in, thus skipping my run. I'm feeling a little bit guilty about that, but seeing as I still feel pretty terrible, it's probably best that I not go running today. I don't have time to run on Thursday mornings, so I think I'll just turn Friday's 3.5 into a 4.5, and Saturday's 2.25 into a 3.5. That'll get me close to my weekly mileage.
And if I feel up to it tonight, I'll do some TurboJam. Maybe just the sculpting workout - I don't do enough sculpting, and it's not quite as taxing as the full workout, so it might be just what I need.
*sniffle* I get so whiny when I'm sick.
