Resolutions and Goals
Conveniently the Vox QoTD is about New Year's Resolutions. So here we go.
Resolutions
- Try to post at least twice a week. Holidailies was fun this past month. I don't think I can ever become a daily poster, because well, I don't have that much to say. But I can definitely write two times a week.
- Stay within my budget. I'm currently testing out a new budget to see if it's even feasible to stay within it, but I do need to tighten my finances as much as I can
- Workout at least five times a week
- Stick to my running plan. If it's a running day and I don't feel like running, at least go out for a quick one mile jaunt. It'll keep me in shape.
- Continue to watch what I eat
- Read two books a month. Textbooks don't count.
- Spend an hour a week doing creative writing
- Spend time each week cleaning the house, rather than letting everything pile up and become disastrous.
Goals
- Lose 8 more pounds and keep them off.
- Run a sub-30:00 5k
- Run over 100 hours this year
- Be able to run the park path by the end of the year. Provided I still live in the area, that is.
