Well, you know I can't pass up a chance to try something new.  So here we go with vox.  VOX?  Vox?  Whatever.  So far so good.

I think I'll be doing a lot of restricted posts here, something I've never done before.  I like the different levels they feature.  I also like the fact that this is more "grown up" than some of the other journaling sites.  Not that grown up is always a good thing - I will never give up my fangirl status.

But with my current job and the jobs I'm hoping to someday get, I'm thinking the less of a presence I have on the internet, the better.  Oh sure, I'm happy to blog along and share things with friends, but there are just too many horror stories about people losing their jobs due to internet postings.  I really don't even need to risk that.

Thankfully, I have a super common name.  Googling me doesn't come up with me.  However, a Google Image search for my name brings up pictures of zombies.  Awesome, isn't it?
